Glenn is the founding-chair of Architects of Life Ltd, a social impact organisation that empowers youths-at-risk and ex-offenders. As a veteran youth specialist, he has trained youth workers, leaders, parents, and educators in Singapore and ASEAN since 2005.
Glenn has been recognised and won accolades for his work with youth and community, including the Singapore Youth Award, ASEAN Youth Award, The Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) international honoree.
Glenn was a former ASEAN Youth Ambassador, having led delegations to India, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia for research and cross-cultural exchanges since 2008. He chairs various national committees and advises & serves in community initiatives. He is the chairman of the National Mentoring SG, and also advisory vice-chair of the Commonwealth Youth Ambassador for Positive Living Caucus. Regarded by many as a youth specialist 'guru', Glenn now consults extensively with youth & faith-based organisations in the ASEAN region, advising them on capability building and competency development.
Glenn also specialises in instructional design and curriculum development. He is accredited in over 40 psychometric instruments and programming tools. He was the original course developer, trainer, and assessor for Working with Youth-At-Risk and Youth Mentoring modules in Social Services Institute from 2008 - 2014. As a youth programme auditor and consultant, he regularly advises and audits youth training programmes & outreach projects in Singapore.
Today, Glenn helps influence local movements toward inclusivity and social mobility. He is deeply passionate about empowering the next generation through mentoring.

Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes. Upon course completion, you will receive a nationally recognised certificate issue by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
If I am a Permanent Resident, how much do I pay?
You will receive a 50% subsidy from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and the balance course fee is $336.30.
Can I get a job with this certification?
This course equips you with Youth Development knowledge & skills. The models, and techniques covered in the course can immediately be applied to support those around you.
Qualifications in higher education will be required if you wish to work in a professional helping role.
